HCRA Memberships for the 2025 rodeo season will be available soon!

Only HCRA Members points will count towards year end awards.

You must be 18 years of age or older to sign your HCRA Waiver. If under 18, see instructions for purchasing with check/money order and submit membership application with notarized parent signature.

Submission date and time will be used as membership effective date for counting points earned at rodeos.

Check or Money Orders will be accepted and can be mailed to PO Box 151, Vilas, NC 28692. 

Fill out the form completely to prevent delay in processing due to omitted information.

There will be no fundraising requirements for the 2025 season. Please read your rulebook carefully for all rules and guidelines. You must sign the rulebook acknowledgment prior to membership being valid.

Membership valid January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025.
